You will ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements, manage monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide local support for the upcoming implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your work will directly contribute to improved financial oversight and enhanced decision-making across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Control: Take full responsibility for the timely preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and controlling activities for UK operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting deadlines.Statutory Accounting: Maintain full ownership of the P&L and Balance Sheet for all entities, preparing audit-ready financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across UK jurisdictions.Planning & Analysis: Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.ERP Implementation & Optimization: Play a key role in the implementation and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, identifying process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and financial control.Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with local project teams and HQ finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment on key reporting requirements.Strategic Financial Insights: Deliver timely financial analysis, KPI reporting, and business performance insights to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (auditors, tax advisors) to drive financial performance, transparency, and best practices.Qualifications & ExperienceA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
