Financial Controller – Senior Finance Recruitment

A fast‑growing, exciting organisation within the Services sector is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead day‑to‑day financial operations and support the company’s continued expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and presenting monthly and annual accounts, with management reports.
• Overseeing intercompany reconciliations, VAT returns and compliance activities.
• Driving budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Providing financial analysis and insight to support strategic decision‑making.
• Coordinating audits and ensuring robust internal controls.
• Leading and developing a small finance team.
• Business partnering with key stakeholders, contributing towards commercial objectives, process improvements and driving profitability.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with solid experience in a management accountant, finance manager or controller role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced Excel and accounting‑system experience.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
