PE backed industrial services SME in Camberley is recruiting a Financial Controller to help growth strategy. Support CFO to build professional finance function and execute strategy.

Responsibilities

• Improve data, systems and processes for KPI reporting and analysis.
• Provide dependable insight on commercial performance and partner decision making.
• Create financial models for business development risks and opportunities.
• Take ownership of finance operations; controls, month end, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop a small team and a scalable finance platform.
