Reed Finance are partnered with a fast-growing, innovative MedTech business based in Newbury who are looking for a new Financial Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded finance professional to step into a well-rounded role, reporting directly to the Finance Director and leading a small transactional team. Core Duties

• Management Accounts for three entities (UK, Ireland, and Nordics)
• Monitoring financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Preparing annual budgets and forecasts
• Overseeing production of statutory accounts and liaising with external personnel
• VAT returns and corporation tax
• Audit preparation
• Business Partnering with department heads
• Managing Treasury
• Managing, leading and developing the small transactional accounting team

Qualifications

You must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) although QBEs with demonstrable experience in a similar role will be considered.
