About the role

We are looking for a talented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) / Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Group Reporting and FP&A, you will support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across UK-wide care services. This role involves driving decisions that impact the lives of the people we support and requires being in the office at least three days a week to support teamwork and shared success.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Partner with operational teams to align finances with care goals.
  • Drive improvements in systems and reporting tools.
  • Support strategic projects and investment decisions.

What we’re looking for

  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
  • Strong FP&A or management accounting experience.
  • Excellent Excel and modelling skills.
  • Sector experience in care, health or charity is a bonus.
  • A passion for purpose-led work.
