This is a fixed term contract for 12 months working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office (East Midlands Office Pegasus Business Park, DE74 2TZ). Hybrid working is available. Role

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) / Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Group Reporting and FP&A, you will support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across our UK-wide care services. This is more than just numbers; you will be driving decisions that directly impact the lives of the people we support. We work best when we are in the office together, so this role involves being in the office at least three days a week to support teamwork and shared success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Partner with operational teams to align finances with care goals.
  • Drive improvements in systems and reporting tools.
  • Support strategic projects and investment decisions.

Qualifications

  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
  • Strong FP&A or management accounting experience.
  • Excellent Excel and modelling skills.
  • Sector experience in care, health or charity is a bonus.
  • A passion for purpose-led work.
