Role - Field Service Manager - Fire Alarm - London/ M25 - WFH:

• Support Fire Alarm Service Engineers in London and M25 area
• Assist Compliance Manager to ensure standards are maintained
• Coordinate training for Fire Alarm Engineers based on needs and benefits
• Handle escalation of technical queries
• Lead Coordinators, ensuring scheduling and priorities are met
• Visit engineers and clients' sites in London and surrounding areas
• Assist Fire Alarm Service Engineers to perform their duties effectively
• Manage Fire Alarm engineers compliant with FIA/BAFE/BS5839 standards
