What we do matters to billions of people worldwide. Residential real estate is the world’s largest asset class, and buying a home is often the biggest investment a person or family will make. The residential property management industry can be more customer-focused and digital. That is why we formed Odevo. Leading property management companies in the Nordics, UK, Germany and US have joined Odevo, and over the last 6 years our revenues have grown 50-fold to become a leading international player. Our ambition is to continue to grow rapidly, both organically and by attracting additional companies to join us in existing and new markets.
We deliver our property management services with custom-developed software to simplify living and make life easier for property owners, association boards, residents, and our own property management professionals. We make complex topics such as managing property finances and daily maintenance easy, and we automate time-consuming tasks so people can spend more time on what they enjoy. We are now a 10,000-employee company with a start-up mentality and a commitment to innovation, growth, and a workplace where people can develop and have fun while achieving great things together.
To continue our ambitious growth journey, we are looking for people who share our vision to join us in transforming the property management industry on a global scale.
