Overview

Service Sales (Fire and Security) - South East - £40k - £50k+ + 20k+ OTE + Car. Home based but can travel to London when needed to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Facilities Management Companies and End Users who require better servicing of their Fire and Security systems to ensure compliance.
• Sell service contracts or maintenance agreements in the Fire Alarm, Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Stopping, Fire Detection, Fire and Security space.
• Leads and can follow up installs and sell service contracts.
• Flexibility to sell a wide range of service offerings for partner companies.

Requirements

• New business sales experience / Hunter.
• Upbeat attitude.
• Preferable with industry experience and experience selling to Facilities Maintenance companies to become their provider of Fire and Security servicing; but if similar or strong at New business sales (e.g., Recruitment Consultant, BDM, Salesperson) who is stable and quality-focused, consideration may apply.
• South East England area based (Kent, Essex, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Sussex, etc.; commutable to London).

Benefits / Compensation

• Up to £50,000 p/a base salary; Up to £20,000 OTE + car; Car or Allowance.
