The Role

  • Lead the fire safety design of buildings.
  • Collaborate within dynamic, multidisciplinary teams and with long‑term external clients.
  • Work primarily on UK projects; occasional international travel.
  • Maintain open communication, participating in design workshops, client meetings and site visits.
  • Utilise software for evacuation, smoke and fire modelling, heat‑radiation and structural fire modelling.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a fire engineering consultancy role.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent (Engineering, Building Services, Maths, Architecture, Physics).
  • Solid technical knowledge of fire safety design and UK regulations.
  • IT‑literate with proficiency in fire‑modelling software.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet demanding timescales.
