Location: Nationwide role (travel required to our developments)

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

Benefits: Company Car or car allowance + bonuses + benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement fire and building safety strategies across the estate.
  • Provide expert guidance to internal teams, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Work closely with Hampshire Fire and Rescue and external consultants to maintain high safety standards.
  • Conduct audits on fire risk assessments, ensuring best practice across properties.
  • Lead fire remediation projects and implement recommendations to enhance safety.
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes and ensure the approach evolves accordingly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-qualified professional with membership in a relevant fire safety body (e.g., IWFM).
  • Extensive knowledge of fire and building safety legislation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulations to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in developing and implementing safety strategies across large property estates.
  • Resilient, proactive, and results-driven individual with excellent problem‑solving skills.
