As a Fleet Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations and performance of our vehicle fleet for our services in the UK. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from around the world and work closely with the local team, upholding top-tier standards so the fleet is safe, dependable, and fully prepared to deliver every time. The role is hands-on and varied, giving you the chance to learn quickly and see the direct impact of your work on the business and the community.

What You Will Do:
- Ensure the fleet is maintained in excellent condition by proactively managing day-to-day operations to meet key performance indicators
- Coordinate, track, and prioritize maintenance work and vehicle inspection with partners, vendors, and local fleet leads
- Communicate real-time status updates and provide visibility into fleet performance internally and externally
- Manage stakeholder relations and build strong working relationships with partners, vendors, drivers, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop scalable processes and tools to increase operating efficiency and performance
Who You Are:
- A self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on driving positive change
- Team-oriented and accountable, taking pride in both personal work and the success of the team
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and willing to contribute across a range of projects
- Data-driven, making decisions based on insights and metrics
- Fluent in English (C1 level) and skilled at professional communication with partners, customers, and driver colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Holder of a valid UK driving licence (Category B)

- Salary Range: £35,000–£40,000. Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
