Our Flexi Bank Educators should have…

Experience working with children in an early years environment Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (preferred) A flexible, reliable approach and ability to adapt quickly to different rooms and teams Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge (or a willingness to train) A passion for helping children grow, learn and thrive A positive, team‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills
