Bringing the N Curriculum to life across different age groups through play and meaningful interactions Supporting room leaders and educators with daily routines, activities and care practices Creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children Building strong, supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues Embracing the variety and pace of working flexibly across different rooms and age groups Following safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene policies Maintaining professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude throughout your shifts

Our Flexi Bank Educators should have…

Experience working with children in an early years environment Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (preferred) A flexible, reliable approach and ability to adapt quickly to different rooms and teams Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge (or a willingness to train) A passion for helping children grow, learn and thrive A positive, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
