Float EA, Investment Banking, West End – (hybrid 4/1)

Are you a highly experienced EA with extensive experience within Investment Banking?

A global investment bank is looking for a 1st class Float EA. You will use your professional experience and sound judgement to provide seamless support to a range of different bankers and teams, providing cover to the friendly established EA team

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules
• Inbox management/gatekeeping
• Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries
• Assistance with conference organisation and client hospitality
• Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels
• Creating and editing reports and presentations

The skills you need to bring:

• Senior EA experience gained within Investment Banking or Private Equity is essential
• Float EA/PA experience helpful not essential
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate with senior management and executives
