Float EA/Project Coordinator - Hybrid working (2 days in office min) – 55k with excellent bonus

Our client, a Global Leadership Advisory Consultancy with offices worldwide serving all major business regions including North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, is looking for a Float EA to work across EMEA teams. This is an extremely busy and varied role, offering the opportunity to move around the business and support partners with a variety of EA duties, keeping you engaged daily. The role is permanent and will mainly cover longer-term gaps. The Float EA role operates on a hybrid basis and is fast-moving and client-centric.

The Role

The Float EA/Project Coordinator (PC) plays a critical role as “the glue” that connects and coordinates the activities of the internal team while balancing the needs and expectations of clients and candidates. You will typically support 1-1 or 1-2.

You will be involved in all aspects of assignments and projects, and based on the strategic goals and timelines, will adapt, manage, and seamlessly execute related processes and communications. Often the firm’s first point of contact with clients, you will need to quickly pivot, proactively adjust, and problem-solve in real-time.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee the process for each assignment, ensuring all steps are on track.
  2. Proactively manage the team’s efforts to move assignments/projects forward. Schedule all business-related meetings, calls, and interviews.
  3. Manage and maintain (where appropriate) excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects, and candidates to achieve high levels of customer service. Serve as the external liaison between clients and their extended teams (e.g., Executive Assistants, Hiring Managers, Human Resources).
  4. Create, edit, and format all client-facing documents (e.g., status memos, job specifications, business development proposals) to ensure accuracy and meet client and consultant expectations.

What we are looking for:

An EA/PA with experience gained in fast-moving professional services, ideally in search or consultancy.

A proactive problem solver with strong business judgment, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate can prioritize, organize, multi-task, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
