Junior or Mid Level Developer (Flutter) - Fareham or Hybrid - up to £55k + Benefits

Our client, a tech incubator revolutionising technology in their space, is looking to hire a Flutter Developer to join their team to help deliver exciting new products in 2025. The team is early in its journey and currently a small team of 5, with plans to double in size next year. The business is part of a larger technology solutions brand that has been hugely successful. We are looking for someone either at Junior/Graduate level or with a few years of experience.

• Some experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart
• Know how to deploy apps to iOS and Android (projects from uni or personal work are fine)
• Can build clean, responsive UIs using Flutter widgets
• Have seen or used state management tools like Provider or Riverpod
• Know how to connect apps to REST APIs
• Understand the basics of testing in Flutter (unit or widget tests)
• Comfortable using Git and working with version control systems

In return you will be offered a competitive salary up to £40k for the Graduate role and up to £55k if considering a mid level.
