Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and the great outdoors? We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and elevate the catering offer across seven of Hampshire’s stunning country parks.

The Role:

As Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services that align with the goals of the Countryside Service. You’ll work closely with on-site catering teams to drive profitability, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional visitor experience.
