In-House Legal Recruitment Consultant - FS, Property, Energy and Infrastructure

Location: Old Street, London (3 days per week in office)

Contract: Temporary to Christmas

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic real estate investment business based near Old Street, on a temporary basis through to Christmas.

They are seeking an experienced Paralegal or Junior Lawyer to support the legal and investment teams with forward funding residential transactions. The role will focus on supporting deal execution and completion processes for large-scale residential investment projects.

You will not need conveyancing experience, but should bring a solid understanding of residential development and forward funding structures gained either in-house or in private practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with drafting and reviewing deal documentation and ancillary agreements
• Coordinating completion processes and managing key transaction milestones
• Liaising with external counsel, counterparties and internal stakeholders
• Supporting with due diligence, document management and post-completion tasks

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential real estate or development transactions (forward funding preferred)
• Qualified solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) or experienced paralegal
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Availability to start at short notice
