We are looking for a Team Manager for this organisation's Fostering service in Gloucester.

You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship)

About you

The successful candidate will have Senior Social Worker/Management experience within Fostering Social Work teams post-qualification and an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will be managing a team of Social Workers & Support Workers and deputising for the registered manager. You will also play a leading role in foster carer recruitment & retention and ensuring best practice within the service.
