About Palm & GTM
Sales at Palm have been founder-led with support from seasoned sales advisors. We’ve been leading the charge into enterprise treasury teams, but now it’s time to bring on our first dedicated sales hire to take us to the next level. This role is not about “running a playbook” — it’s about writing it with us. You’ll partner directly with the founders to define Palm’s GTM strategy, refine our ICP, and build the outbound engine that turns conversations into flagship customers.

Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and run full-cycle sales with enterprise CFOs and treasurers.
- Build trust with multiple stakeholders (Finance, IT, Procurement, InfoSec).
- Work closely with BDRs to breed mutual success. We all win together.
- Design and deliver compelling narratives and ROI-driven proposals.
- Navigate complex enterprise procurement and compliance processes.
- Refine Palm’s ICP and messaging based on real-world conversations.
- Be the bridge between market and product, sharing insights directly with the team.
- Close Palm’s early flagship customers, creating the case studies that power our growth.
Location & Work Style
Palm is a remote-first company, with team members across Europe. We value flexibility and believe the best work often happens outside the office. This role is part of our founding sales team and will include regular in-person sessions with the AE, BDRs, and founders to collaborate and align on cadence.
Must-haves
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales to the CFO office
- Proven success closing 6–7 figure deals with large corporates
- Comfortable prospecting and opening doors without brand recognition
- Strong executive presence and ability to sell to CFO/VP Finance level
- High sense of ownership, thrives in a 0→1 environment
Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling fintech, treasury, accounting, FP&A, or finance SaaS products
- Prior “first AE” or early-stage startup experience
- Global sales experience (Europe + U.S.)
- Track record of building outbound or playbooks from scratch
