I'm working with a high-calibre, VC-backed startup that's building the infrastructure layer for intelligent human-AI collaboration, especially within regulated and high-complexity industries. They’ve assembled a world-class founding team and are now looking for an exceptional Founding Engineer to help build their core platform.

Responsibilities

• Help design and implement the core platform and infrastructure for intelligent human-AI collaboration.
• Take significant ownership in a technical founding environment with high autonomy and bias to action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering experience (startup background preferred)
• Hands-on builder with high autonomy and bias to action
• Bonus: experience with LLMs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, or academic/OSS projects
