The Opportunity

As FP&A Analyst, you will produce analysis and insights that drive performance across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will refine forecasts, inform decisions, and help steer future growth. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Partner with senior finance leaders and executives through the budgeting and forecasting cycle.
• Contribute to monthly performance reviews and business planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and financial reporting as required.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), newly qualified or with post-qualification experience.
• Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills.

Package & Benefits

• Salary £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience.
