FP & A Analyst

Location: Hybrid – Brighton (1–2 days per week in the office)

Salary: From £32,000 depending on experience

Band C

INTO University Partnerships are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their global finance team in Brighton. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering analysis and insights that shape financial decisions and support the organisation’s continued growth.

As our FP&A Analyst, you’ll join a collaborative and ambitious team that supports the delivery of budgets, forecasts, and performance insights across the business. Working closely with the FP&A Manager and Director, you’ll prepare reports, track risks and opportunities, and provide meaningful analysis that informs strategic decisions. From reviewing student volume data to managing financial systems and supporting cash flow forecasting, no two days will be the same.

This role would suit someone who is currently in or moving towards Financial Planning & Analysis, perhaps coming from a transactional finance or assistant accountant background. You’ll have strong Excel skills, an analytical mindset, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different teams and countries. If you’re studying towards or planning to start a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA, you’ll be supported along the way.
