If you are ready to combine your financial expertise with strategic impact, this is your chance to shine.A Day in the LifeAs our FP&A Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Your day will be a mix of strategic planning, collaboration, and problem-solving. Here s what you can expect:Lead Financial Excellence: Own the budget, forecast, and month-end reporting processes, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing controllers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on divisional targets and ROI-driven decision-making.Drive Consolidation: Oversee FP&A consolidation for the entire division, ensuring accuracy and transparency across all financial reporting.Own Multi-Brand P&L Lines: Take accountability for key financial lines, including global brand royalties, while building trends and partnering with legal teams.Innovate & Improve: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial reporting processes to boost efficiency and clarity.Lead Ad Hoc Projects: Be the go-to leader for special projects within the FP&A function, driving innovation and strategic impact.Every day is an opportunity to make a tangible difference, working with some of the most talented minds in the industry.ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate budget, forecast, and month-end reporting. Analyzing financial results, trends, and variances to provide insights to Finance and Senior Leadership.Partner with a large number of stakeholders across the business (both finance and non-finance) and participate in cross-functional projects to drive ROI.Be responsible for FP&A consolidation for the total division, working closely with our marketing controllers.Be accountable for the Multi-brand P&L lines.Be the leader of ad hoc projects within the FP&A function.Be the liaison between the Head of Finance and the marketing controllers to ensure the Advertising & Promotions Expenses for the total division are well aligned with our targets.Continuously evaluate and improve financial reporting and consolidation processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.Support strategic decision-making through the provision of accurate financial information and ROI analysis.Monthly calculation of global brand royalties, building the trend for the business unit and business partnering the legal team on these costs.Qualifications / Who you areExperience working with various teams from a complex, global matrix structure with multiple reporting lines.High level of exposure to the senior leadership team, experience of partnering to Exec level.An accounting qualification either ACA/ACCA/CIMA.Worked previously within FP&A in a consumer goods/retail environment.Strong communication skills to build effective partnership with your stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and can deal with a lot of data.Advanced competency in Excel, Power BI and SAP.Drive to progress; this is a mid-level role with room for progression.Experience managing a small team or individuals (preferred but not essential).What we offerOur industry-leading award-winning benefits package shows how much we value our people.
