Job Description

The Opportunity

We’re seeking acommercially minded, strategic FP&A Managerto join our Assure Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership and Group-level initiatives.

You’ll be hands-on with performance reporting, forecasting and planning while also driving data-led insights that shape strategic decisions. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment and enjoys turning numbers into narratives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with business leaders to deliver accurate, insightful weekly/monthly reporting to the Assure Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting cycles ensuring clarity, accuracy, and commercial insight.
• Develop and enhance dashboard reporting and analytics usingPower BI and Tableau.
• Identify and implement improvements across financial processes, tools, and systems (P&L, working capital, capex).
• Provide strategic finance support to cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects across the Group.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA)or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles within industry(not audit or banking).
• Hands-on experience withPower BI and Tableau; familiarity with Workday Adaptive Insights is a plus.
• Astrategic thinkerwho can turn data into action and proactively contribute ideas.
• Apeople person - confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.
• Passionate, driven, and eager to make a difference in a collaborative, mission-led team.
