Responsibilities
- Perform background assessments on historic activity and spend against frameworks to prepare for qualification calls.
- Monitor framework pipeline and work with the business to identify and prepare for upcoming frameworks.
- Attend supplier pre‑market engagement sessions and feed back to stakeholders on key points/actions required.
- Identify the right individuals and areas of the business to own the responses to questions.
- Support partners responsible for ongoing management of individual frameworks to comply with reporting requirements.
- Capture and disseminate best practice approaches to framework and dynamic market responses across relevant business areas, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Develop and run training on how frameworks and dynamic markets can be responded to and utilised.
- Engage with relevant internal teams (legal, IT, etc.) to coordinate responses.
- Support client‑facing teams to draft responses to technical questions and manage development of relevant case studies.
- Create and maintain a framework and dynamic markets “hub” on the intranet, to be the first point of reference for key information.
- Design and present regular reports on procurement route performance and activity.
- Conduct analysis of opportunities received via frameworks and identify patterns in missing skills/credentials/capabilities that can then be explored from a recruitment/investment perspective.
- Work with industry marketing colleagues on framework and dynamic markets related marketing promotion and marketing activity.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with public sector procurement practices, including relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience responding to large public sector frameworks, including use of procurement portals and digital platforms.
- Excellent time management, written and verbal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and engage with leaders in diverse areas of the business.
- Experience within a professional services firm (accountancy, legal, consultancy, etc.).
- APMP certification or equivalent (desirable).
- PRINCE 2 or similar project management certification (desirable).
