Fraud Advisor - Travel Company (£13/hr)

About this job:

• Work with our partner, a world leader in the travel planning industry.
• Help ensure the customers have a great experience by providing accurate information on the website.
• The pay for this role is £13/hr.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with validation checks of advertisers.
• Analyze information and make conclusions efficiently about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking.
• Make telephone calls and handle emails to assist customers with additional checks needed for validation.
• Evaluate the risk that an existing customer could pose to the company.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience dealing with fraud-related issues.
• Previous customer service experience in an office or call center environment.
• Strong phone skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule based in Oxford with one weekend shift every other weekend.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the travel, travel planning, or hospitality industry.
