We are organized into four centralized teams: Finance, Strategy and Business Services, Human Resources, Legal, Company Secretary and Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Affairs.
Why this job matters
As a Fraud Analyst within Group Business Services, your responsibilities include mitigating against fraud and bad debt risks on mobile products for EE.
You will identify suspicious and high-risk activities using EE systems and manual reports to detect potential fraud cases, conduct risk assessments, and prioritize workload to meet objectives.
You will need to act quickly on potential fraud cases, liaise with customers, stakeholders, or relevant departments, and take appropriate actions to minimize revenue loss to EE and protect customers.
Skills and experience you’ll need
- Desirable: Fraud/billing experience & sound knowledge of billing/fraud systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, SharePoint
- Ability to adhere to compliance, policies, and processes within the fraud environment
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and detect fraudulent activity
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, including negotiation and influencing abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers
- Hardworking and target-driven to achieve KPIs with high-quality standards
- Flexibility to work shifts Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm
- Availability to work one weekend in three, Saturday/Sunday 6:30 am to 5:15 pm

BT operates a hybrid work policy of 3 days per week in the office, so you must be able to commit to this location.
