ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Freelance AutoCAD Specialist with immediate or near-immediate availability to support our team in producing full tender drawing packs for high-end residential properties, commercial and hospitality projects.. This role requires strong skills in joinery detailing and the ability to translate creative presentations into accurate technical drawings.

The ideal candidate must be confident working independently while collaborating closely with our design team to deliver comprehensive tender and construction drawing packages to a high standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce full tender and construction drawing sets for high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects

• Develop detailed joinery drawings to exacting specifications

• Interpret and translate creative design presentations into technical documentation

• Collaborate with interior designers and project leads to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent

• Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure compliance with industry standards

• Maintain organized, well-documented drawing files throughout the project lifecycle

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Proven experience producing tender and construction drawing packs for high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects

• Strong expertise in joinery detailing (bespoke cabinetry, millwork, etc.)

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (minimum 5years' experience)

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under direction from a design team

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Understanding of UK building regulations or equivalent

• Immediate or near immediate availability

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. French, Spanish and Italian are advantageous

HOURS & PACKAGE:

• Hours: Full time / part time Freelance

• Location: Hybrid – availability for 2 days in our London Office

• Job Start: ASAP
