Train with Care Ltd provides specialised and bespoke clinical training for clinical and non-clinical staff, including personal assistants (PAs), who support individuals with complex health needs in the community. Our training, which caters to carers and PAs working in various settings such as home, school, or hospitals, ensures that staff are fully competent and signed off upon completion. We deliver highly customised training led by experienced registered nurses with current pins and enhanced DBS checks.

Our services include tailored training and competency sign-off to maintain high standards in care provision.

Role Description

This is a temporary, remote role for a Freelance Clinical Trainer specialising in complex care at Train with Care Ltd. The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for delivering customised training sessions for personal assistants, care staff and sometimes family members.

Daily tasks include conducting clinical training modules, workshops and signing off on competency, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with complex health needs.

Qualifications

• Skills in Clinical Education and Training
• Experience in Complex Care and general nursing (adults & children)
• Strong, friendly communication and teaching abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience as a registered nurse with an active pin and enhanced DBS check
• UP to date with CPD and best practice in clinical care
• Familiarity with delivering training in diverse settings (home, school, hospital) is an advantage
