We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our sales team on a freelance, commission-only basis. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities within the facilities management (FM) and security sectors.

Reports To: Sales Director
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact FM companies and other relevant businesses to generate new leads.
- Book face-to-face or video meetings for the team.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and meeting outcomes.
- Represent the company professionally when engaging potential clients.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to refine sales messaging and identify target opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales; security sales is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- UK‑based with ability to manage own schedule and outreach.
Remuneration
This is a commission‑only role with attractive rewards for successfully arranged meetings and converted business opportunities.
