Freelance Commission-Only Sales Executive

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our sales team on a freelance, commission-only basis. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities within the facilities management (FM) and security sectors.

Location: United Kingdom

Reports To: Sales Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact FM companies and other relevant businesses to generate new leads.
  • Book face-to-face or video meetings for the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and meeting outcomes.
  • Represent the company professionally when engaging potential clients.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to refine sales messaging and identify target opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales; security sales is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • UK‑based with ability to manage own schedule and outreach.

Remuneration

This is a commission‑only role with attractive rewards for successfully arranged meetings and converted business opportunities.
