Role Description

This is a contract role for a Freelance Designer at British Muslim Magazine. The Freelance Designer will be responsible for creating design assets for both print and digital platforms, collaborating with the editorial and marketing teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. This is a hybrid role based in London, allowing for some work from home flexibility. The Designer will also be expected to stay up-to-date with design trends and contribute to innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in both print and digital design
• Strong understanding of branding and visual communication
• Ability to work collaboratively with editorial and marketing teams
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment based in London
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in graphic design or a related field
• Experience in the media or publishing industry is a plus
