Freelance E-commerce Retoucher – Sportswear / Fitness Brand

London Hybrid (2 days/week) + Weekly Travel to Birmingham (expenses covered)

Ongoing Freelance (with a view to permanent)

We are looking for a skilled and detail orientated e-comm retoucher to produce flawless imagery on a fitness / fashion brand. Our client is a central London based agency who are seeking a talented E-commerce Retoucher to work on a globally recognised brand. It’s an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high volume but highly visibility brand and a leading names in the industry.

As an E-commerce Retoucher, you’ll be responsible for polishing and perfecting product and model imagery across a wide range of assets. You’ll ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment at every stage.

The role requires someone who can start ASAP as a freelancer and work in a hybrid capacity with 2 days a week in our London studio and also weekly travel to Birmingham (with these expenses covered). There is also potential for the role to transition into a permanent position if all going well on both sides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retouching of e-commerce imagery (model, still life, flat lay)
• Colour correction, skin and fabric retouching, background clean-up, and file prepping
• Maintain visual consistency and uphold strict brand standards
• Work collaboratively with creative and production teams
• Manage time effectively and deliver assets to tight deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in e-commerce / product retouching (ideally in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and non-destructive workflows
• A keen eye for detail, tone, colour, and texture
• Confidence working across high volume batches without sacrificing quality
• Familiarity with DAM systems, file naming conventions, and digital asset standards
• Agency or brand-side experience
