About Social Synergize

Job summary – Influencer Talent Manager (Gaming & Tech)

Own the careers of gaming and tech creators—help them grow, monetise and stay laser-focused on making great content. We’ll set you up with the best software in the industry and proven playbooks so you can source and close brand deals, guide content strategy, and keep the momentum rolling.

What you’ll do

Manage & scale creators – optimise channel strategy and secure sponsorships, affiliate programmes and long-term ambassadorships.
Build brand relationships – nurture partnerships with publishers, hardware makers, gaming services and mainstream brands entering the space.
Strategic growth – work with our data, production, and partnerships teams to expand Social Synergize’s roster and revenue streams.
Work autonomously – thrive in a fast-moving, fully remote environment with the freedom to run your own pipeline.
