What You'll Be Doing

We’re building a roster of brilliant freelance Producers we can call on for future work. If you’re someone who brings structure, thrives on delivering clarity, and can get teams moving fast, this might be for you.

You won’t be tied to one role. You’ll be considered for freelance projects based on your skills, availability, and the specific needs of each brief.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts from pre-sale pitch materials, crafting compelling decks, storyboards, and scripts.
  
• Organise shoots by sourcing locations, booking talent, and managing logistics alongside the wider production team.
  
• Track and manage production budgets and related expenses with financial accuracy.
  
• Communicate creative ideas clearly to clients, internal teams, and on-screen talent (including chefs).
  
• Lead recipe ideation, ensuring alignment with client briefs and Mob’s tone of voice and style.
  
• Attend shoots to oversee execution of creative and logistical plans to the highest standard.
  
• Coordinate edits using Monday.com, managing internal and client feedback loops to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Uphold editorial and technical quality standards across all assets for both Mob and clients.
  
• Review content to maintain Mob’s authentic, creator-led tone and style.
  
• Manage revisions and approvals, ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• You’re able to confidently communicate ideas to external clients and bring them to life with internal teams.
  
• You are organised, a great multitasker, adaptable, great with people and have a pro-active approach to problem solving.
