Freelance Project Manager – Digital & Print Campaigns

£380/day Inside IR35

3-Month Contract

Hybrid (4 Days London Office / 1 Day WFH)

We’re working with a leading multimedia publisher, renowned for producing high-quality content across digital, print, social, and events. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to join their commercial content team on a 3-month contract.

You'll play a central role in delivering complex branded content campaigns both digital and print on behalf of some of the industry's biggest commercial clients. Working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle, ensure content excellence, and oversee key stakeholder communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management of branded content campaigns (digital & print)
• Delivery of content and bespoke advertising formats
• Budget and financial management, including forecasts and P&Ls
• Coordination of cross-functional teams including editorial, design, and production
• Managing multiple concurrent projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Overseeing performance metrics and reporting, including social media analytics
• Final delivery of all campaign assets to client satisfaction
• Clear and effective communication to internal teams and clients, including presentations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven project management experience within digital advertising, media, or publishing
• Strong understanding of branded/ content and bespoke media formats
• Experience with both digital and print production
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• High level of organisational and communication skills
• Understanding of SEO, CMS platforms, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience coordinating creative shoots (photo/film) is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple timelines, and adapt quickly

Location & Logistics:

• Hybrid: 4 days/week in central London office, 1 day remote
• Rate: £380/day Inside IR35
• Contract: Initial 2 months, potential for extension
