Lincs Sound Radio is a brand-new local radio station bringing fresh, engaging, and community-focused content to Lincolnshire. We’re looking for motivated and driven Freelance Sales Executives to join our team and help grow our advertising partnerships.

Commission: Competitive (no basic salary)

The Role

• Generating new business and building strong relationships with local businesses
• Selling on-air and digital advertising packages
• Managing your own pipeline and hitting agreed targets
• Representing Lincs Sound in a professional and community-minded way

About You

• Experienced in sales (preferably media or advertising, but not essential)
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Confident communicators with a professional approach
• Based in or connected to Lincolnshire (advantageous but not essential)

Important

• This is a freelance, commission-only role.
• We are not working with recruitment agencies or advertising agencies.
• Applicants must not be working for any competing media or radio stations.
