Freelance YouTube Channel Manager — We’re looking for a creative and data-driven YouTube Channel Manager to help grow and optimise our channel.

Responsibilities

• Optimise uploads with best-practice titles, descriptions, and keywords
• Work with and advise our design team on eye-catching thumbnails
• Suggest new video ideas that align YouTube best practice with brand goals
• Track video and campaign performance and use data to improve strategy
• Keep up to date with YouTube trends and features

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a YouTube network
• Strong knowledge of YouTube Content Manager, platform features, user search, trends and analytics
• Creative eye for thumbnails, titles, and content packaging
• Up-to-date with YouTube trends and tools. Knowledge of TubeBuddy a plus
• Familiarity with paid content campaigns a plus

This is a freelance, remote role with flexible hours.
