We\'re hiring for a French speaking Customer Service Executive to join a leading and award-winning global export company with an enviable reputation in the luxury goods sector.
Location
London - Hybrid role - 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Fluent French and English
Salary
£28,000 pa
Responsibilities
Our client is looking to recruit a French speaking Customer Service Executive to join a fantastic international team. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy and international environment in a role which will include the following responsibilities:
- Processing of orders
- Liaising with French speaking clients (B2B) by email and phone
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries e.g. prices, stock availability, delivery queries etc
- Liaising with other departments (logistics etc) to provide the necessary export documentation
- Providing a first class and quality service at all times
- Attending events and exhibitions when required
- Communicating with sales reps within the French speaking territories
Candidate experience / skills
- Fluent French and English is essential
- Previous experience in customer service is essential - B2B experience is preferred
- Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines
