About the Company

Our client is a long standing and hugely successful manufacturing company, exporting successfully across the world into a range of business sectors.

The Role

To join their international export sales team, they wish to hire a French speaking Export Sales Executive. Supporting business clients from the French speaking countries of Europe, you job will concentrate on have a passion for building relationships and providing an excellent service to your customers.

Your typical job responsibilities will include:

  • Taking responsibility of your own portfolio of customers, providing a professional and efficient service
  • Building relationships with existing customers whilst identifying opportunities for new business development
  • Using high attention to detail and an organised approach to ensure orders are processed and delivered OTIF
  • Using expert product knowledge to handle customer enquiries and complaints to full resolution
  • Liaising with internal departments and external companies to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Ensuring all sales documentation, including export/customs paperwork, is completed accurately

Candidate Profile, Skills and Background

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Ideally a knowledge of international trade and export documentation
  • An ability to identify sales opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional and personable style to develop strong customer relationships
  • Have initiative and independent work skills
  • SAP Experience is an advantage (not essential as training will be provided)

Salary & Benefits

£34,000 - £36,000 per year. Excellent benefits include:
