The Director is responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with PayPal\'s large enterprise commercial merchants and managing a team of account managers.
Job Description Summary
The role is focused on acquiring new large enterprise merchants to use PayPal as their transaction payment platform, acting as an advisor to align customer needs with PayPal solutions and driving growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Use knowledge and direction to influence decisions at the executive level, establishing overall business or technical strategy.
- Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with large enterprise commercial merchants.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and onboarding of new merchants.
- Maintain regular contact with merchants to ensure customer satisfaction and quota attainment.
- Spend significant time on strategy and influencing decision-making to ensure the success of PayPal operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
