Overview

Excellent opportunity for a Front-End Developer to join a forward-thinking company producing award-winning software used by leading businesses across the globe. This role is predominantly remote, with on-site presence in Abingdon required at least 2 days per month.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional system.
  • Develop software verification plans and follow quality assurance procedures.
  • Document and maintain software functionality.
  • Follow a specific build and deployment process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Extensive ReactJS experience.
  • Familiar with Agile development practices, including Continuous Integration.
  • 5+ years of enterprise-level front-end web development experience.
  • Strong understanding of semantic markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 (comfortable with CSS animations and flexbox).
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and provide code reviews and technical guidance.
  • Degree level education in engineering or software fields is beneficial.
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates.
