Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, responsive web pages.
• Optimise application performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and databases.
• Implement modern web development best practices to enhance code maintainability, scalability, and reusability.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards within the development team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven frontend development experience (3+ years) with a strong portfolio.
• React, CSS, and JavaScript (TypeScript a plus).
• UI/UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
• Web performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Version control systems (Git) and package managers (npm).
• Familiar with server-side technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js).
• State management with React Context and Redux Toolkit.
• Willingness to learn newer web APIs and web components.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes.
• Effective communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Commitment to maintainable, scalable code and awareness of regressions; ability to write tests and perform QA before deployment.
