Contribute to our platform and internal tooling Build new features and products from scratch in a configurable way Share knowledge and contribute to our learning culture Own projects and work in small teams to deliver Aim for excellence and stay curious Be part of a scaling team as we change banking for good
Note: This role focuses on internal portal and tooling used by engineers, rather than the customer-facing management portal. Requirements
Ideally at least 5 years of experience as a professional front-end engineer Strong experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and React Experience building accessible websites and secure web applications that consume RESTful APIs Love coding in front-end technologies and refining the design system Belief in clean coding, automated testing, and continuous deployment Ability to take ownership of features from idea to live Preference for a small team of empowered developers delivering software
Tech Stack
HTML/CSS/JS (TypeScript) with React Next.js, Gatsby, Redux, React Query and more Design system management (Storybook, CSS-in-JS) Testing with Jest and React Testing Library
We may also touch infrastructure occasionally (AWS API Gateway, AWS Lambda, AWS CloudFront, GCP, Firebase). prior experience in all is not required; training is available. Interview Process
First interview: 45 minutes Take-home technical exercise Technical interview: 1.5 hours Final interview: 45 minutes
