Frontend Engineer | TypeScript & React | Salary £55-70k | Hybrid (flexible hybrid working in central Cambridge)

I'm working with an established start-up, who leverage AI & Machine Learning to increase the efficacy of medical imaging data, which super-charges clinical trials and helps identify effective treatments for a range of illnesses.

It's full steam ahead with enhancing their product range further and due to continued growth of their customer base, they need a new Frontend Engineer to join the team.

You'll utilise your React & TypeScript skills to progress the UI of various products, whilst maintaining a strong consideration for UX and accessibility for users.

Responsibilities

• Progress the UI of various products using React & TypeScript, with a focus on UX and accessibility.

What you\'ll need

• A proven background as a Frontend Engineer
• Excellent experience with React & TypeScript
• Experience with Vite or Next.js across various projects (beneficial)
• Appreciation for UX and developing a UI that is highly accessible and easy to use
• Experience of AWS & working on cloud-based systems
• DevOps knowledge such as containerisation or CI/CD pipelines (beneficial)
• Background in a medtech or regulated industry (advantageous)
• Experience operating in a start-up environment (strong bonus)
• Suitable for someone from an established mid-level up to a senior engineer
