Role Overview

We’re seeking a hybrid UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer to join our team. This role blends design and development: you’ll be responsible for creating high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes, then translating them into elegant, responsive, user-friendly web applications.

The ideal candidate is capable of designing intuitive user experiences, producing visually striking mockups, and delivering them as production-ready interfaces within the Microsoft technology ecosystem.

Experience in logistics, courier, or related industries is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, UI/UX mockups and prototypes that clearly communicate user flows and product vision.
• Develop responsive, performant front-end features using Blazor, Razor, or ASP.Net. Being responsible for quality HTML and CSS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to transform business requirements into user-friendly experiences.
• Own the visual consistency of the product—ensuring typography, color, spacing, and components align with brand and usability standards.
• Conduct and apply user research and feedback to refine designs.
• Iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with attention to detail.
• (Preferred) Apply logistics/courier industry knowledge to design intuitive, workflow-friendly interfaces.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience coding within the Microsoft ecosystem (Blazor, Razor, ASP.Net).
• Ability to balance creativity and technical execution under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with logistics, courier operations, or related business processes.
• Highly preferred: Experience of dealing with the pressure of a high growth start up.
