FS REGULATORY LAWYER (7 - 15 PQE) (BERMUDA) (US$190K - US$250K) (8% TAX) role at The Lawyer Events.

Employer: Winchester Search – Offshore. Location: Bermuda (BM). Salary: US$190K - US$250K (8% TAX). Closing date: 14 Sep 2025.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory counsel and advisory services in financial services regulatory matters.
• Advise on regulatory litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions by regulators.
• Address AML/ATF/KYC issues as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
• 7 – 15 years’ PQE with experience at a leading City, international or offshore law firm.
• Experience in financial services regulatory work is essential.
