About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilledFuels and Forecourt Technical Operations Manager (TOM) to join our team and lead delivery on a major FM contract for a prestigious Blue-Chip client. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a deep understanding offuel systems, forecourt operations, and HSE excellence to make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the safe, efficient, and world-class delivery of maintenance, projects, and supply chain performance. You’ll balancestrategic vision with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring consistency across regions while continually strengthening client confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership ofsupply chain strategy, leading re-procurement, renegotiations, and ongoing performance management.

  • Influence and deliverCAPEX investment and replacement planning, from equipment specification to long-term asset strategies.

  • Drive supply chainself-management structures, freeing you to focus on strategic improvements.

  • Ensure world-class delivery ofHSSE performance, SLA targets, and downtime reduction.

  • Represent client business drivers, ensuring their needs are at the heart of every action.

  • Build, maintain, and develop high-impact relationships with bothclients and suppliers at senior and operational levels.

  • Championregional consistency and best practice, making sure excellence is standard.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical background infuel systems, LOPC risk management, PLIP, and forecourt operations.

  • Recognisedtechnical qualification(engineering or equivalent).

  • Demonstrablecontract management experience, with proven success at senior level.

  • ExceptionalHSE knowledge with a proactive approach to safe project delivery.

  • Strong customer focus with the ability toinfluence, inspire and deliver confidence to clients.

  • Comfortable working across bothoperational detail and strategic planning.
