Join our Future Leaders Programme to fast-track your career in finance and technology. The programme includes rotations across different business functions, offsite training, and mentorship, aiming to develop future leaders in operations, technology, and commercial teams.
What you’ll do:
- Participate in a one-month offsite training to learn about our products, services, and leadership behaviors.
- Engage in rotations across departments to understand our business holistically.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Undertake training to develop commercial and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with peers, senior leaders, and mentors for professional growth.
Who we look for:
Recent or soon-to-be graduates with strong academic achievements, entrepreneurial mindset, and interest in fintech. Candidates should have technical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, along with adaptability, resilience, and teamwork abilities.
Eligibility:
- Graduates with up to 3 years of experience or expected to graduate soon.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, economics, or similar.
- Relevant experience from internships, work, or student organizations.
- Interest in financial markets and technology.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and basic coding skills.
